Are quotes, bills to pay and the expense inbox included?

Yes, on every plan, including the Starter trial. Customers can accept or decline a quote online. Turning it into a draft invoice uses your invoice allowance; on Lite, quotes and invoices share 5 a month. Expenses are unlimited on every plan.

How many documents can NumWise read for me?

It depends on your plan, per rolling 30 days: 20 on Lite, 100 on Starter, 200 on Business, 400 on Professional document-reading attempts. Receipts, supplier invoices, imported sales invoices and documents read from the expense inbox share this allowance, and failed attempts also count. Bank statement PDFs have their own: 2 on Lite, 5 on Starter, 15 on Business, 50 on Professional. You can always enter details by hand, and CSV or Excel statement files do not use either allowance.

Repeat invoices and payment reminders start on Business. Lite starts with the same 7-day free trial, which runs on Starter. Choose a plan in Settings, Billing before or after the trial ends.

What if I need more invoices than my plan allows?

Lite includes 5 invoices and quotes a month and Starter 20 invoices a month. Costs are unlimited on every plan. NumWise tells you when you reach a limit. Business and Professional have no monthly limit.

Which plan do I need for credit notes and repeat invoices?

Credit notes for correcting issued invoices are included on every plan. Repeat invoices and payment reminders are on Business and Professional. Professional adds room for more people.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund; we may refund a payment at our discretion. That is why the free trial needs no card: try everything first. You can cancel the renewal at any time. Your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for, and after that you can still view and export your records.
