What we are responsible for
- The figures
- Every total is worked out from your own records, and every report says how it counts. VAT figures are drafts for you and your accountant to check before anything is filed.
- Your records
- They stay yours. You can export every record to Excel at any time, including after a trial or a plan ends.
- Who can see them
- Each business sees only its own records, and two-step sign-in is open to everyone. The security page lists the services that process data and where.
- The terms you sign up to
- The terms of service and the privacy policy name the legal operator of your account and what each side agrees to. NumWise is operated by BuildFlow, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.
