How to ask us to delete your account and your data.

Last updated 27 Sept 2026.

Two ways to ask

  • In the app or on the web, in Settings, Profile, "Delete account".
  • By email to support@numwise.eu from the email address of your account.

We answer within one calendar month of receiving your request. Only where it is necessary, for example for a complex request, we may take up to two more months; if so, we tell you why within the first month.

What happens to each organization

  • You are its only member: it is deleted with all its records.
  • You are its last owner and other people use it: it stays until you confirm in writing, and its members are told at least 14 days before a confirmed deletion.
  • You are a member, not the last owner: you leave it; its records stay with the organization.

API keys you created are deleted and stop working: those in each organization your request removes you from, and, when your account is deleted, those in organizations you left earlier. An integration that uses one needs a new key from an owner or admin of the organization. The organization's records stay.

What we keep after deletion

  • Our billing records (the invoices and payments for your NumWise plan): 5 years, as Polish tax law requires.
  • Technical copies of Stripe's event messages, reduced to identifiers, statuses and dates and, if processing failed, a short technical error message: 90 days after we receive them once processed, 180 days if never processed. The copies for a deleted organization's Stripe customer record are deleted with the organization.
  • Storage backups: 30 days.
  • Database backups: 7 days.
  • Diagnostics (error reports): 30 days.
  • Analytics, only if you consented: Vercel Web Analytics for 1 month; Google Analytics event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months (the 14 months restart when the same browser visits again).
  • The deletion register: 24 months, with a keyed hash of your email and the list of actions we carried out, to show that we answered and to re-apply deletions after a restore.

If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to a supervisory authority: the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or the UODO in Poland, where BuildFlow is established.
